We Hire

TTC will assign personnel for you. The qualifications and experience of the personnel will be determined by you, and once a suitable candidate is selected, they will begin working under TTC upon your approval.

You Benefit

Having the personnel located at the client’s site, while being employed under TTC, will provide both cost and time efficiency and create a sense of trust for the client.

Seizing Opportunities in West African Markets

In today’s global environment, Africa is emerging as a continent full of export and investment opportunities. However, to successfully enter or invest in a new market, conducting thorough market research is essential.

Comprehensive market research requires understanding the economic, legal, and financial conditions of the target country. It involves gaining in-depth knowledge of the market environment, business practices, banking and import regulations, and more.

To meet these requirements, you have two options: either collaborate with knowledgeable distributors in the target country or partner with companies specialized in these services. However, experience has shown that short visits or participation in brief fairs and summits do not significantly contribute to achieving meaningful results in this area.

How ATO Works?

At TTC, we assign a dedicated staff member to assist you. Based on your specified qualifications and experience requirements, we select a suitable candidate who will join our team to support your operations upon your approval.

While French is the primary language in the region, proficiency in English is naturally a prerequisite. In addition, we also have staff in Ivory Coast who are fluent in French, Turkish, and English. The choice is entirely yours.

How ATO Process Works?

  • The client will initially sign a contract with TTC for a minimum period of 3 months.
  • During this period, the personnel will work under TTC’s administrative supervision but will be entirely guided by you on work-related matters.
  • TTC will oversee the preparation of the reports expected from the personnel and ensure your satisfaction.
  • Your company will provide training sessions that we will monitor to ensure the personnel align with your goals.
  • Monthly responsibilities will be clearly defined and mutually discussed.

While TTC handles the administrative management of the personnel, your company will oversee leave schedules, field visits, and client meetings. After client visits, we will request visit reports from the personnel, which will be shared with both TTC and your company’s management.

Additionally, every Friday, the personnel will be required to prepare a work plan for the following week to ensure their actions align with the overall plan.

Visa-Free Travel in ECOWAS

Having our employees under the TTC framework not only saves you time but also instills confidence in your clients. In addition, thanks to the ECOWAS agreement, our personnel can travel to neighboring countries without the need for a visa.

ECOWASstands for the Economic Community of West African States; it is a regional organization composed of 15 countries in West Africa.

  • Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, and Togo.
